Candlelight Yoga for CMHA - Lindsay Branch

Many thanks to those who came to support the Canadian Mental Health Association (Lindsay Branch) tonight with our annual Candlelight Yoga.  
It is so important to hold in both our hearts and our minds the importance of self-care and honouring our multidimensional being.

Morning Weather

There has been some freezing rain overnight and the weather warning continues this morning.
I will be heading down to the studio but please use your own judgement as to if you are venturing out.
There is the option of a makeup class this week for you if you can accomodate in your schedule.

If you are staying put, I will see you next Monday, if not sooner.

Winter 2013 Schedule

Greetings! We are winding up our fall yoga schedule on Monday December 17th. Please make up your classes this upcoming week if you desire as we are unable to carry our classes over to the New Year. We have a few new additions to our schedule: Tuesdays 6:15 pm Yin and Yang Yoga Mix Wednesdays 4:15 pm Meditation with Jane Scott Thursdays 1:00 pm Restorative Yoga (February Only) Saturdays 10:15 am Yoga for Low Back Pain The new schedules have been mailed and it is available on the website. Please contact us for registration or inquiries. We have a wonderful selection of workshops to help us get through the winter with the first one beginning January 13th!
